Our Nileshwar houseboats follow the same food menu on every boat. All food is prepared on board in the kitchen at the rear of the houseboat, in traditional Kerala style, using coconut oil or refined sunflower oil.

Need a cake for a birthday, a vegetarian-only menu or extra dishes? Tell us when you book. Additional food cooked to your choice carries an extra charge, settled with the crew before you leave the boat.
