Private booking: every houseboat is reserved for your group only, never shared.
Timings: Day, overnight or day and night. Management is not responsible for late arrival or early departure (all cruise timings).
Food: traditional Kerala meals prepared on board in coconut oil or refined sunflower oil (see the food menu).
ID proof: please carry a photo ID. Foreign nationals need a valid passport and visa.
Payment: a token advance confirms the booking, and the balance is paid at check-in (payment method).
